Terms, rights and limitations

Scope

These terms apply to the landscape packages described on this site and to work prepared through the Client Portal. Specific scope, timing and fees are agreed per project.

The nature of our deliverables

Our deliverables turn reviewed evidence into landscape direction, coordination and controlled visuals. Every figure carries its source, method, scale and review status.

• Public context is not a survey.
• A proposed visual is not a built result.
• A budget range is not a contractor bid.
• A model or drawing is not automatically approved design.

Professional limitations

Unless explicitly agreed and supported by authoritative inputs, our work does not constitute stamped construction documentation, a regulatory approval, tender quantities, authority sign-off or a measured survey. Local approvals and stamping remain with the responsible authority and professionals.

Rights and visual provenance

Visuals are prepared within cleared rights for a stated use and channel. Media rights, claim approval and privacy checks are completed before any public use. A delivery is not automatically a public case.

White-label attribution

Under a white-label partnership, presentation changes but provenance does not. Required provider attribution, source and method limitations, rights requirements and professional limitations are always retained.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to share the files you upload and that the information you provide is accurate for the stated purpose. Corrections create a new version; superseded records remain traceable.

Publication

Client projects remain private by default. Publishing any project as a public case requires separate eligibility and explicit approval; client approval alone does not publish a case.
