Supports direction without claiming measurement.

Derived from geometry, assumptions or a model.

A possible future condition, not a built result.
Measured
Authoritative measured evidence with a stated basis.
Reviewed
Named human review is complete for the stated use.
Approved / built
Explicit approval or as-built evidence exists.

Provenance chain
Every important output keeps a visible path back to its source.

Uploader, project, purpose and timestamp.

Who reviewed the record for the stated use.

Controlled record
Delivery or publication status, rights and version.
Corrections create a new version. Superseded records stay traceable rather than silently overwritten.
Rights and publication QA
A delivery is not automatically a public case.
Publication is a separate gate with named review.
- Media rights — visual use and channel are cleared.
- Claim approval — only selected approved claims can publish.
- Privacy check — private identity and files remain protected.
- Named publication QA — a reviewer approves the export for public use.
No black box
There is no single number that stands in for judgment.
A landscape decision is not reduced to one public score. Every figure carries its source, method, scale and review status, so a reader can see what it can and cannot support.
