Method

A visible path from origin to approved reality.

This page explains how we earn trust; what we deliver lives on the What We Deliver page.

A label describes what a record can support. Moving upward requires new evidence or named review — not stronger marketing language.

Source classes

Not every source carries the same authority.

Each class enters with a different origin, use boundary and review requirement.

Client-provided

Files, plans and statements supplied for a stated project purpose.

Known
Uploader, project, timestamp and purpose.
Still reviewed
Revision, units, scale, rights and technical use.

Public context

Maps, policy, climate and market context used to frame a question.

Useful for
Context and early direction.
Not equal to
A survey or measured project evidence.

Observations

Site visits, interviews and field notes tied to a date and observer.

Strength
Place-specific qualitative evidence.
Boundary
Observation is not automatic measurement.

Reference library

Precedents, typologies, standards and best-practice material.

Useful for
Comparison and design reasoning.
Not equal to
Evidence about this project site.

Truth ladder

A visible ladder from origin to approved reality.

Each rung says what a record can support. It cannot be promoted by wording — only by new evidence or named review.

Origin

Client-provided

Origin and intended purpose are recorded.

Origin

Public context

Open context; never a survey substitute.

Preparation

Screened

Basic security, format and purpose checks are complete.

Preparation

Processed

Transformed with a stated, reproducible method.

Interpretation

Contextual

Supports direction without claiming measurement.

Interpretation

Modeled

Derived from geometry, assumptions or a model.

Interpretation

Projected

A possible future condition, not a built result.

Authority

Measured

Authoritative measured evidence with a stated basis.

Authority

Reviewed

Named human review is complete for the stated use.

Outcome

Approved / built

Explicit approval or as-built evidence exists.

Five-stage provenance chain with a correction and supersede branch.

Provenance chain

Every important output keeps a visible path back to its source.

  1. Source receipt

    Uploader, project, purpose and timestamp.

  2. Immutable identity

Original bytes and a stable hash.

  3. Method record

What was transformed, how and with which limits.

  4. Named review

Who reviewed the record for the stated use.

  5. Controlled record

Delivery or publication status, rights and version.

Corrections create a new version. Superseded records stay traceable rather than silently overwritten.

Rights and publication QA gate with eligible and hold outcomes.

Rights and publication QA

A delivery is not automatically a public case.

Publication is a separate gate with named review.

  • Media rights — visual use and channel are cleared.
  • Claim approval — only selected approved claims can publish.
  • Privacy check — private identity and files remain protected.
  • Named publication QA — a reviewer approves the export for public use.

No black box

There is no single number that stands in for judgment.

A landscape decision is not reduced to one public score. Every figure carries its source, method, scale and review status, so a reader can see what it can and cannot support.

Zümra vs system

The system prepares; a named human approves.

Automation assembles evidence and drafts. Design and evidence judgment, and the release decision, stay with a named reviewer.
